Covid 19 Update
Due to the rising number of cases of COVID-19 and the Delta variant, and our ongoing concern for the health and safety of our members, guests and staff, The Village Club will institute the following policy. Members, Guests and TVC Employees Mask Policy Effective immediately and until further notice, all unvaccinated members, guests and staff are required to wear face masks inside the Club. Unvaccinated members and guests may remove their masks as they dine. Fully vaccinated members, guests and employees will not be required to wear masks. Also, masks will not be required in our outdoor areas. The Village Club will not require proof of vaccination as we trust that members and their guests care as much as we do about their own health and that of others.
Employee Health and Safety Policy All employees must conduct a daily health screening. While we do not require our staff to be vaccinated, those who claim to have been fully vaccinated are required to show proof of vaccination. Today, I’m pleased to report that between 50 and 60 percent of our staff are fully vaccinated. This decision was made out of extreme caution and sensitivity for the safety of everyone connected with the Club: our members, your guests, and the TVC team that serves you. Please adhere to this and inform your guests of the policy. At this time, I do not anticipate changes to this policy or other COVID-related matters. We will communicate any changes to you immediately if they happen. Thank you for your full compliance and understanding. The Village Club remains a safe place, which is a remarkable testament to our consistent emphasis on health and safety. Thank you, too, for doing your part in following our guidelines and staying home if you do not feel well.
The manner of dress shall be governed by good taste and in keeping with the character of the Club. Business casual attire is appropriate. Tasteful denim is also appropriate. Jogging suits, cargo pants, and printed tee shirts are not acceptable. During the late spring, summer and early fall months, country club golf attire is permitted. Exceptions may be made for special occasions.
Credit Card Payment Info
For the convenience of our guests the Club will accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments throughout the Club. Members may also pay their statement online using a credit card. A 3% surcharge will be charged on all credit card transactions.
Cell Phone Policy
For the enjoyment of all Club members, all cell phones and other electronic devices must be in "silent" or "vibrate" mode while on the Club property. Texting, emailing and reading are permitted in all areas of the Club provided such use does not impact other members' Club experience. Voice calls are not permitted in the public areas of the Club.

Although pets are not allowed on Club property, service dogs are always welcome.
